We're Having a Baby!!

The woman that I wrote about last week is named, Elisa. She is an amazing birthmom and last night, we had dinner with her and her family and she "announced" to us that she "picked" us to be the parents of her baby girl!!! We are so excited!! I don't think that it has actually sunk in yet, but we are so excited. It's weird (good, but weird) but we feel so comfortable with Elisa and her family. It feels to us like we have known them forever. Maybe we have. Elisa is due October 28, but they think that her midwife might start her a week early (That's only 9 weeks away!!!) Eeeeee (that's me squeeling)! We left her house last night and sent out mass texts to our family. Then our phones were inundated with replies. I think that my phone had a little spastic moment when it didn't know what to do. But all is well now. Both our moms cried, my sisters squeeled (guess it runs in the family) and our dads were thrilled (however they aren't really wanting to go to any showers). We are so excited! We had a hard time falling asleep last night, I kept thinking about things like: needing to get a pediatrician (where do I get one of those?), when do we take the baby there? etc, etc. This is so exciting and we are totally on cloud nine, even if the reality of it hasn't fully hit! We can't wait! Elisa, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!! We love you so much, you don't even know!
